Pauline Clarke studied Indian Communication Arts (INCA) 20 years ago and when she graduated she returned to her home in Southend, Saskatchewan and set up CIRL radio. Since then she has been the voice of CIRL–providing daily news andinformation in Cree and English, running radio bingos and fundraising for community members. Recently, Pauline retired from radio to work for the health clinic, but she is keeping her hand in radio/podcast production with Wēchatowin.
